CAMP NORGE - Sons of Norway Recreation Center
IS LOCATED ON INTERSTATE 80 APPROXIMATELY HALF WAYS BETWEEN SACRAMENTO AND RENO.

TAKE EXIT 146. If you are traveling  East - turn right. If you are traveling West - turn left. Go to the end of the road (about a city block) - turn left (about another city block)  the road divides. Go to your right - up the hill. We are located on the top on the hill, 1/2 mile from the freeway. WE ARE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY FROM THE TOWN OF ALTA.
If you go Alta, do not ask for directions to Camp Norge, the local residents know us as the "Sons of Norway Recreation Center."

DAYS AVAILABLE - Camp Norge is open 12 months a year, except during Language and Heritage Camp - July 12-27, 2008.
Another exception  is the weekend of June 13-15, 2008; the entire camp has been reserved for that weekend.

Call in advance to assure that room accommodations are available. 

 SENIOR DISCOUNTS - Sons of Norway members receive a 10% discount for seniors 65 and older on Tuesday through Thursday,
except on the week prior to Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
